1. Agreement & Identity
By accessing or purchasing from Alamtech Suppliers (Registered VAT: 601613908, Kathmandu-22, Tebahal, Nepal), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all online orders, phone orders, and in-store pick-ups.
2. Pricing & Official VAT Invoicing
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Every purchase includes an official tax invoice as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of Nepal. We reserve the right to correct typographical price errors prior to order dispatch.
3. Delivery & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Kathmandu Valley and expedited courier delivery across all 7 provinces of Nepal. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a phone verification call is mandatory before package dispatch.
4. Warranty & RMA Policy
All hardware, laptops, and PC components carry official brand manufacturer warranties (ranging from 1 to 3 years as indicated on your VAT invoice). Physical breakage, liquid damage, power surges, or tampered warranty stickers immediately void all warranty claims.
5. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Products with verified out-of-the-box manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery with their complete original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
6. Governing Law & Contact
